1. Know your skin type
When you’re buying skincare products it’s important to know your skin type. This includes whether your skin is light or dark and whether you tend to dry or oily skin. Many people have a mixture of both. Only buy skin products that are designed for your skin type.

2. Never use harsh soaps
Always wash your face with mild face soaps that won’t eliminate all the natural oil. You don’t want to leave your skin dry.

3. Consider trying anti-wrinkle creams
Don’t resort to Botox or other invasive treatments until you’ve tried some natural remedies. Creams that contain Vitamins C and E, Retin-A, and alpha-hydroxy acids have proven beneficial to many users.
Green tea is often found as an ingredient in anti-ageing creams due to its ability to fight skin disorders such as rashes, rosacea and psoriasis.

4. Try CoQ10
We discussed this supplement earlier. It can be helpful in reducing fine lines and wrinkles as well as restoring the elasticity in the skin.

5. Use one line of skincare products
A quality line of skin products will be designed to keep your PH level balanced. By using a multitude of different manufacturers products you won’t receive the full value of the products. They will often work against each other and produce a negative effect.
